Every student now has access to an iPad in my school, so preparation is easy.

Click on the ice cream / toppings in the bottom menu to add them to the parfait / pizza.
Click and drag the items in the parfait cup / on the pizza to rearrange as you'd like.

Flow #1:
A: "What do you want?"
B: "Apples, please!"
A: "How many?"
B: "3 please!"
A: "OK." (add to parfait)

Flow #2:
A: "What do you want?"
B: "3 Apples, please!"
A: "OK." (add to parfait)
