      These slides offer up some good ideas. I particularly like the letter fan and would like to know more about how that is used in the classroom. The daily report is a really good idea, but do you and the HRT/JTE lead the daily report, or do you let students do that? The included sources at the end are something I'll have to take a look at. Thanks for uploading this.

      Hello, JackyKillian1701!

      Thank you very much ! For maximum participation, we use the letter fan. Each student will hold it and raise the response we are asking for. Basically, this tool is multi-purpose; we put every possible response in there (depending on the activity).

      For my ES, I lead the daily report (repeat after me system) while for my JHS, we pre-assign the leader of the day.
