Spearheading an English Day

Sharing with you the presentation I gave during the our ALT Summer Job Training.
In our placement, we are inviting ALTs to visit our schools to facilitate different English-related and cultural integration activities.

Goal: ALT participants are expected to gain practical ways on how to inculcate positive self-concept and confidence among learners and improve verbal and non-verbal interaction through organized English Day activities.

Contents of the Presentation

 a. Key stages of administering KICP
      a.1. Planning
              - Designing the program’s framework
      a.2. Implementation
             - Executing a successful program implementation plan
      a.3. Evaluating 
              - Identifying the strengths and points of the improvement of the program
      a.4 Assessing and reassessing
              - Determining the extent to which program objectives and competences are being achieved
 b. Establishing easy and effective activities to engage learners
