What's the Lesson Tracker?

It's a system inside ALTopedia where you can manage all of the lessons that you teach at your schools. It was developed exclusively for subscribers to the site to give them something useful in return, rather than just putting a bunch of annoying ads all over the site and charging people to remove them.

Let's look at some examples to see how it works!

This is the weekly schedule overview. Click on lessons to see a lesson plan, or on the open spaces to make a new lesson:

You start off by registering your school(s) that you teach at:

Midori JHS

Name (English) Midori JHS Name (Japanese) みどり中学校 Phone Number (012) 3456-7890 Address 神奈川県横浜市西区みなとみらい6-2-9
Classes for 2024-2025 Notes

To be completely honest, this is the school from the New Crown textbooks.

You can then register your classes for each school. When you go to a page for a class, you can see all of the lessons that you've taught for it.

This class always goes nuts for any kind of team battle game.

Mr Oka wants me to call on Kumi more often because she's shy about raising her hand.

Also, on your dashboard, you'll see the lessons you have for today in a sidebar item like this:

You can turn this off if you want to, but it can be a useful way to see what's coming up today.

All of your data in the Lesson Tracker is only visible by you. Data from the Lesson Tracker isn't shown anywhere else on the site, and none of the links work unless you view them on your account.

If you start a subscription but cancel it later, you can still see all of your data. You just won't be able to create new schools, classes, or lessons unless you subscribe again.

These systems are still in active development and there are plans to add more features in the future. Your feedback will help determine its evolution!

I hope you'll consider subscribing and put the Lesson Tracker to use in your own schools!
