Phoenix Debate

The game is designed to go with Here We Go! 3 and its debate section, but can work with any other debate as well. First, use the slides to introduce the vocabulary as well as to show the students the example question. After that, divide of the students into teams and show them the next two categories. The teams chooses a side and writes down why they chose it using the demonstrated vocab.

Have them debate between different teams and discuss which side is better. I have placed some basic ones, but the free one on the last slide can let you copy and make whatever debate you like.
