How Many JAM
Jamboard activity for How Many, Shapes, etc.
Jamboard activity.
Save the images from the ppt if you want to edit, and upload as a background on Jamboard. (jpgs also available)
Create an assignment, not just share on classroom, so that each student has their own copy.
The activity itself:
It's interactive so they can choose their own shape, for example star to win, diamond for lose, etc. They might end up choosing to follow the example anyway.
They play rock, paper, scissors and then register their games and then count.
Depending on the unit, also time, they could draw whatever they can with the shapes they got.

I like this game a lot! Easy to understand and explain, and the kids have fun! I used it for my special needs class, and will use it for my 3rd graders, I am looking forward to it!
