Preparing Students for the EIKEN Speaking Test

A detailed presentation that you can use to familiarize yourself with the EIKEN Grade 03, Grade Pre-02, and Grade 2 speaking test.

I made this presentation to help ALTs in my area better prepare their students for the EIKEN speaking test.

This looks very useful, but videos in the ppt aren't accessible and the dates in the slides are not written. Maybe there was an issue when porting from slides to ppt?

I think a few of the slides got corrupted? Slides 3, 4, 5, and 6.

Thanks for these materials! They all look great! I also recommend checking out used bookstores for some materials to just copy and keep in a folder on your desk for students… they release new ones each year so usually the older versions are pretty cheap (and they’re basically the same anyway!). My favorite book series for helping prepare for the EIKEN is called 過去6回全問題集!

Thanks for this. I always do Eikan speaking prep but beyond just asking them mock questions from books I didn't super know what was happening. I have been told if they can pass the first section, as long as they say something, they can pass the speaking section. It's just a matter of grade/mark.
