I used kochibrnt's template but totally changed the format for my quiz. First, it just shows them the English title and gives them the category it's in, such as a game, movie, or japanese anime. Then you can reveal a hint that is a more detailed description in English. I intended this for my sixth graders, but I don't expect them all to understand these descriptions completely, just to maybe understand a few words that will help them guess. After that you can show the first blurred out picture of the poster or game art so they can make a final guess, then show the poster in English and Japanese.

Ooh I love it! I'm going to use it and edit a bit to make it easier to understand. I'm surprised you made it for 6th graders when 1st grade JHS will have a hard time with detailed description (But I think JHS students are more panicked about comprehending it, while ES students are just there enjoying the ride lol). I'd suggest for those who want to use this for JHS, I'd simplify it down as much as "Humans live inside 3 very tall walls. One day, it is destroyed by a tall creature. They are called "Titans". These Titans eat people and have no clothes."
