I made a Microsoft forms survey and had the students of every class answer it in the class before, we'd walk them through each question and the meaning. I'd recommend you do the same, because they get to get used to the "I have..." form over two classes then, and the game is a lot more fun when they're guessing about their own nensei group.
Teams start with 100 balloons (points) and have the difference between their guess and the actual answer taken away each round - the last team with any balloons is the winner.
I also photoshopped mine and the OTE's heads onto the first picture and it got a big laugh.
