A very fun idea- thank you! =D
@Mango no worries haha thank you!
Hello! This is a nice idea. How often do you change the characters? Thanks!
@valdianne017 I try to change it every two weeks. However, because I go to multiple schools, there are times when I can only update it once a month. But it really is up to you how often you would like to change it. I think once a month is doable.
This is really great! Thank you. I want to put this on my English board, however the JTE is worried about the students putting stickers in places they shouldn't. We thought about having them write their vote, but the JTE says not every student has their pencil case with them. Do you or anyone else have any ideas for other ways the students can vote?
@jbonwell Hi! I've actually had that same issue when I first started haha that's why I had to add some rules to the poll.
Another workaround that I could see working is having two boxes: Box A and Box B. Cut a hole big enough for them to put their voting slip in the box. I think this way might actually be easier and more fun to count the votes and the students won't know who will win until the results are up.
@jbonwell There are many ways to go about this really...
On my English Wall I do a lot of wordfinds and crosswords, so what I normally do is tie string to a pencil/pen and pin it to the wall. I also have a letterbox and I made a holder (out of paper) for the of slips paper and a pencil and I have that pinned next to the letterbox on the wall.
I really enjoy this and set it up at my school, too!
Thank you so much!
@CrayonNickChan I'm glad to hear that! Love your nickname btw haha
