I hope to get kids that are unmotivated in school to become interested in English! And I try to make English class fun and free, especially for the students who seem to be stressed and otherwise view English as daunting.

Languages are always evolving. There is no such thing as Perfect and/or Correct English. The goal of any and all languages is to communicate with others.
