Color by Numbers - Halloween Pumpkin

Color listening quiz, followed by a coloring sheet.

For ES 1st~2nd graders. This is a slightly edited color by numbers worksheet I found online.

Have students write their names and get their colored pencils ready. Don't let them color anything yet; you will first give a short quiz where they will listen to the number and color you say, and color in the crayons at the top.

1 - Orange
2 - Purple
3 - Yellow
4 - Brown
5 - Black
6 - Blue
7 - Green

Check the answers to make sure every student got the right colors. Then let them color in the page, matching the numbers with their respective colors. Hope this can help you kill some time towards the end of your lesson! Expect the color quiz portion to take about 5 minutes, and the students to color in for nearly 10 minutes (or more).
