Split the students into two groups. Any method is ok. (Having the students pair up and play janken will break students into "winner" and "loser" groups. Numbering the students "1, 2, 1, 2" is also effective. You will need an even number of students. If odd, join the game to even it out.)
Have one set of students form an outside circle. The outside circle does not move.
The second set of students will form the inside circle. The inside circle rotates clockwise while the music plays.
Start the music and have the inside circle rotate.
Stop the music. Students make pairs with the student in front of them.
The outside circle asks the question. The inside circle must answer. Ex: Outside -"How are you?" Inside -"I'm fine."
The students then janken. The winner moves to the outside circle and the loser moves to the inside.
Repeat as you please.
