Vocabulary Review

The activity is primarily used to review vocabulary that students have already learned.

Before tests or at the end of a chapter in a textbook, it's a good idea to review recent vocabulary that the students have learned.

  • Bucket List

    Students will write about things they want to accomplish in their lifetime.

  • Gartic Phone (Telephone Game)

    Telephone game, or "dengen game" in Japanese but adapted for the classroom. Involves writing, reading, and drawing.

  • Animals and their regions (Video quiz)

    An online quiz related to Unit 5 of New Horizon 6. Elementary 6th Graders The purpose is to recall animals and their origins using ''(animals) live in the (area).''

  • Old Maid (Card Game) without the joker

    Known in Japanese as /jijinuki/. Have students mix their vocabulary cards into one deck, distribute the cards, take out pairs. Draw cards from other player's hands until there is only one card left.

  • He can/She can One Piece Quiz
