The worksheet is pretty self-explanatory. In the top section, students match the first half of a sentence with the second half. In order to do this, they need to understand the content as well as the meaning of "if," "then," and "because." After that, they can write three original sentences. I thought about providing some prompts for these questions, but I left them blank here so you can choose whether or not to do that.
Anyways, it's really simple, but it's a worksheet to do if you're in a pinch for this topic. It corresponds to page 28 of the New Horizon 2 textbook, so once your students have passed that page, you can throw this in as a quick review.
