Just my contribution to the many "Have you ever ~ ?" bingo activities that I've seen! I used the PPT to review the grammar and practice saying example sentences out loud. Before standing up and asking their classmates, have students see what things they've done on the bingo sheet and check 3 or 4 items. Then, have them write two original questions in the "Your turn!" boxes. Feel free to change questions as you see fit! (I included "been to Nagasaki" because they went on their school trip there and "been to Kobe" because I'm based in Kansai.)
