Just a small idea I had, not sure how often I will change it. If I do update it I will try to post the updated versions as I go along. if you are not South african perhaps it could be used as part of a culture section.

Yolanda, you can convert to word and edit/change to suit your context. Just google PDF converter to word, and you`re good to go.
