This worksheet was made as an extra activity for Unit 5.
For the first 15 minutes, the students do the chant, review the vocabulary as well the target sentences. Afterwards, they are given the worksheet.
The first activity is a word search. I’d give them 10 minutes to do the activity, and another 5 minutes to go through the answers together.
For the second activity, the students choose 4 objects from the textbook (pages 18 & 19) and draw these objects in the boxes on their worksheets. I’d give them 3 minutes to draw. Then they walk around the classroom and talk to their friends using the target sentences for 10 minutes.
Example:
A: Hello, do you have a pencil?
B: Yes, I do.
A: How many pencils?
B: 5 pencils.
After writing student b’s name, student A writes 5 under the pencil column. If student B says “No, I don’t”, student A writes X.
