Activity Setup:
1. Prepare three different worksheets: A, B, and C. Each worksheet includes a numbered list of actions.
2. Ensure that each student receives one worksheet. Students with the same worksheet should avoid asking each other.
Activity Instructions:
1. Pair Work: Students pair up with someone who has a different worksheet.
2. Dialogue:
A: "Hello, what are you doing, number 2?"
B: Without speaking, perform the gesture that matches action number 2 on their worksheet.
A: "Are you [playing basketball]?" (or any guessed action based on the gesture).
B: Respond with:
"Yes, I am" if the guess is correct.
"No, I’m not" if the guess is incorrect.
3. Scoring:
o If the student guesses correctly, they mark a circle (〇) next to the corresponding number on their worksheet.
o After the guess, the students switch roles and continue.
o Then, each student finds a new partner to repeat the process.
What are you doing? ( Guess my gesture)
Objective: Students will practice asking and answering questions using "What are you doing?" and "Are you...?" while observing gestures.
