1) Print a worksheet per student.
2) Go over the different hotels (maybe even state where each hotel is located, so NYC, Las Vegas, the Bahamas and Abu Dhabi) and say that although they are very nice hotels, they have run into some problems.
3) Ask the students to match the correct solution from the word box to the complaints in the table.
4) Students then pick their favorite hotel to fill in the dialogue.
5) They find a partner and do janken. Loser reads the part of the clerk.
