Have you ever been so lucky?

Students ask other students "have you ever been OOO?" then there will be corresponding points depending on the students answer. The fastest student to reach an exact 7 point total is to be declared the "lucky winner". I gave 1 box of pocky for the lucky winner in my class but some schools are really strict with food prizes so if ever you want to give one, maybe a sticker or school supply will do (e.g eraser, cute clips).
I also ask my Japanese teacher counter part the third question to add some spice to their puberty stage humor :3
