These are blank lines to help in lessons. Why?, I hear you ask. I also hear "what do you do exactly? ". So the story behind this is...I teach at primary school. Sometimes the students are asked to write something in English. I used to just write for students on blank paper and I noticed they didn't copy my letters very well. For example they would write a small g or a small p standing above a line. So now I usually prepare this kind of sheet. I copy out a few. Cut them into slips. And then if the need arises I write out a nice example of the word for the students.
