Students had expressed an interest in learning more about famous places/cities in England, so I created this noticeboard to introduce them to some places they are less likely to know about. I wanted to make the noticeboard more interactive, so I made a flowchart quiz so that they can find their dream destination. I also included a voting section for students to vote for which destination they prefer to visit.
For difficult/unfamiliar vocabulary, I create a little window on the sheet so that students can lift up the difficult word and see the Japanese underneath.
English noticeboard idea "Dream vacation"
This noticeboard contains a quiz to help students find their dream holiday destination. You can use it to introduce places in your country and cultural landmarks.

This is a FANTASTIC English board idea! I love the idea of putting up a small dry erase board. I was wondering; is your board magnetic, or is it a thumb-tack kind of board? Mine is a thumb-tack board and I'm struggling to imagine how I might hang up items that are heavier than paper. Either way, I am definitely going to do this for one of my next boards! Thank you so much for the awesome idea!
Thank you! The board itself is a thumb tack board. I bought the dry erase board from Daiso. It's magnetic, and I bought magnetic tape to stick to the backing paper to hang the board on the wall.
I don't have a dedicated room for my classes so unfortunately I can't do English boards, but I love the idea of the flaps to reveal difficult vocab! So creative!
This is awesome, I'm doing a Canada themed board for July (Canada day) and will definitely be stealing this idea for different spots around the country!
