This is a very simple quiz, based on the emotion vocabulary from New Crown 1 page 125.
The pictures are a big hit, especially the weird goku one. The "Catbus looks happy" one is controversial, but I don't know, he's smiling so go figure!
I let them keep their books open for the quiz, but if you want to make it harder maybe you could give them 2 minutes to memorize it, then have them work together in teams with whiteboards.
It should work well with 40 students, or just 4, just depends on how you divide the room into teams.
