I made this activity to use in the first class on this grammar point, as I noticed a lack of simple activities and also struggled a lot to come up with one. It can probably also be improved but I only had an hour to throw it together.
I gave each student one copy but it's probably simple enough that you don't need to take notes, so one copy between pairs or even projected onto the board would be fine in most cases. To play, the students make pairs, secretly pick a person and then take turns asking and answering "Do you have something to ~ in your bag?". You can figure it out in 2 or 3 questions usually, so I was able to play it with a student four or so times in about ten minutes. At the end all of the students played against me to figure out who I had picked which was a nice way to wrap up.
