Based on the New Horizons textbook, page 64, Daily scene 4. I would probably pre - teach the grammar using the textbook to familiarize the students with the language. Then the students form pairs. After receiving the worksheet, explain to the students that the first two boxes are examples of what is expected of the students. The first box contains a basic concept, and the second box includes a complete phone conversation. The third and forth boxes (A and B) are also basic concepts, and the students choose which one they want to make into a phone conversation which, at the teacher's discretion, can then be performed to the class.
