In this game, there are two groups, the recruiters and the job-seekers.
The recruiters job is to recruit workers to complete 4 tasks. If they recruit all needed workers first, they win.
The job seekers task is to be hired for their skills.
First, use the attached slides to explain the activity.
Distribute the company sheets and the job seeker resumes to students. Give them some time to read them, and ask if any students need help with vocabulary. Make sure students aren't sharing info with each other at this stage.
Then, the room should be organized in the way is is in the diagram on the last slide.
Recruiters will sit on the outside, while job seekers will stand on the inside.
When the teacher says starts the activity, the job seekers should try to interview with different companies in an effort to be hired.
When a recruiter has all necessary workers, they win. Redistribute the papers if you wish to play again.
