Ask students for nouns (meishi), verbs (doushi), adjectives (keiyoushi), etc., and write them down in the blanks. You may want to let them use dictionaries. Once you've filled out all the spaces, read the story aloud and/or put it on the screen for students to read along if you wish. Alternatively, pair or group up students and have them ask each other for the words.
Should be suitable for middle school and up, depending on your students' level of course.
