3 Rounds with increasing Difficulty (3 cards, 4 cards, 5 cards).
Suggestion to ask whole class to say the English word for each picture while it is shown on the screen, to remember it better.
This can also help the ALT or HRT to assist in difficult words.
It also makes sure everyone is engaged and the class is lively.
