A short exercise to practice writing passive tense sentences.
There are 7 questions, each with pictures and a passive tense verb in Japanese, that the students have to translate into English.
I have included a short explanation on when to use "in" or "by", but this exercise relies on the students already knowing the passive form of certain verbs.
I did check the Japanese with my JTE, but if you notice any mistakes, please let me know.

Hi, would you mind telling me which textbook this goes with please?
@AbbyALT It is 過去分詞 and 受け身, so at least when it comes to New Horizons, it would work towards the end of the 2nd grade one, and practice for the 3rd grade one.
do you have the answer for the worksheet that you can share?
@AbbyALT - I used it with New Horizon 2, but didn't list it as textbook specific as I assume the other textbooks also cover passive tense.
@audaciousfool - Apologies, have added an answer sheet.
Just a quick note (I'm also doing reviewing this grammar with SHS students), passive voice is 受身形 while 過去分詞 is past participle. You almost always use past participle with passive voice, but you can also use past participle in active voice. Just be careful not to conflate the two.
