I wanted to review this specific question structure because we got past Unit 5 of Let's Try 1 and I didn't have enough time at that point to go over this grammar point.
I included a PowerPoint which I used in the Lesson to show them how to use the question:
"I like ice cream."
"Do you like ice cream?"
"Yes, I do." or, "No, I don't." Showing them the cat with the signs.
I went through the PowerPoint and gave them a few minutes to discuss the grammar point when I got to the slide with the piano, chocolate and sushi. They just need to use, "Do you like ~" when talking here so pretty easy. On the last slide is the same bingo sheet with the pictures used on the worksheet. The grammar point is fairly simple so they caught on quickly. Just in case, I demonstrated with my HRT in the class by asking them a question and signed her name where she answered so they could see how it worked.
After that, I explained to them that they should janken with their partner and the winner gets to ask the question, while the loser has to find a new partner. Adding a janken element to any activity like this always makes it so much more interesting to them lol. Besides that, just standard Bingo game operation. My students enjoyed this way more than I thought they would so I'd advise you to get a stamp or some stickers or anything as a little reward because it made them want to complete the entire sheet.
Side Note:
Ignore the A5 tag in the file name, standard A4 paper is just fine
