Some of the students in my seventh and eighth grade special needs classes love Minecraft so I decided to make a themed sugoroku board. My students still struggle with frequency words and ordinal numbers so I included those, along with some basic questions. The first time we played, we reviewed frequency words beforehand, which was very helpful!
My special needs classes are small, and I think sugoroku works best with a maximum of 6 people per board.
You can also adapt this template to any points you want to review! I also attached a blank board. For the font, I downloaded a Minecraft font.
Materials:
- Board (I printed on A3 paper and laminated it)
- Dice
- Students' game pieces (erasers, pen caps, etc.)
This is a nice one.Perfect for review lessons. Can you upload the editable version of this?I want to change the questions to suits my kids level.Please....thank you in advance.
I made it on Canva but here is a template link so you can use it as a template! https://www.canva.com/design/DAF6Z7zIKWY/FhQJacnxUfhrMLqI5eaAug/view?utm_content=DAF6Z7zIKWY&utm_campaign=designshare&utm_medium=link&utm_source=publishsharelink&mode=preview
