Who, What, Where, When & How - Friend Interview

A short worksheet for the students to practice asking and answering questions about themselves and their friends, using who/what/where/when/how.

This worksheet allows the students to practice asking who, what, where, when and how questions about their friends, as well as answering them about themselves.

Part 1

The students will form pairs and take in to turns to ask each other the following questions:
- How do you spell your name?
- Where are you from?
- What do you usually have for breakfast?
- When is your birthday?
- How many brothers and sisters do you have?
- Who is your hero?
- What do you want to be?

Once their partner has answered a question, the students write down their partner's answer in the space provided. Japanese is OK.

Part 2

The students use their partner's name and answers to fill in the missing information from the six sentences. Full English required, so the students may use their tablets or a dictionary to look up difficult words. If your students are particular outgoing, you might want to ask for volunteers to read some of their sentences aloud.
