I made this for my third years to practice indirect questions. The theme of the paper is the students should try and act a bit like a 漫才/Japanese comedy duo. That's what the picture on the paper is meant to reflect. Making funny answers is a secondary goal, but if that's too much, normal answers are fine.
To help, I would let them use their books. After everyone is finished, call on some students to demonstrate their answers. As you're going around before this, make note of who managed to come up with some funny answers and be sure to call on them.
