What do you want to do for winter vacation?

Students practice the Infinitive verb form by asking each other what they want to do in winter vacation.

This is a pretty straightforward worksheet that can come in handy if you want to practice infinitives in November or December.

I usually do a demonstration with the JTE first, asking what they want to do for winter vacation and writing it on the board. It can be helpful to write some more verb examples like "play" or "eat" or "get."

Students should write their idea in the first box. (for example, "I want to go to Okinawa.") After most of the students have thought of something, I ask them to interview their friends. At the end, I ask the students to write what their friends said. ("Yuka wants to sleep every day.")
