This is fairly similiar to 'one world smile one months practice' I posted early and I'll link this to it so I don't have to repeat the instructions.
Where is smiley and where is the star are the same activity. I'd probably use the language 'Do you want to go to...?' or 'Do you have...?' If you are using this with Smile Two then before the lesson you'll need to get the students to cut out their building cards or take five minutes to do it in class.
The three choice quiz at the beginning introduces my home town to the students as a quiz and to give ideas for the presentations they will make later about their towns.
If you are using this you can just use the vocabulary practice and the 'where's smiley games' or you can make your own version of the three hint quiz.
