It's a simple powerpoint that introduces who Sky Brown is. I always start by getting the students to ask me who my hero is as they've learnt in this unit. I also ask the students how old they are to encourage them to think that she's nearly the same age as them!
I like to tell the students about Sky Brown because she's half Japanese and half English - and just because she's pretty cool!
I end the PPT by showing them a 4 minute video of her at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics.
I've done this with 4 classes so far and they all seem to have enjoyed it.
