Shamelessly inspired by the Kakokei Karuta activity.
This was made for a special needs class, so I've added pictures for each card and I changed the color for regularly (-ed) congugated verbs. I also changed out some of the verbs with others the kids in my class will know better.
Rules are the same as Kakokei Karuta. You read out a sentence in the present tense. "I cook curry and rice." They grab the past-tense version, "cooked." Then they change the sentence to be past tense and say it out loud, "I cooked curry and rice."
I also included present tense cards if you want to reverse the rules.
