A teacher wanted students to share their miso soup recipes and thus this lesson was born!
- Hand out worksheets
- Have students work in pairs to answer the first page
- Review vocabulary and answers
- Introduce egg drop soup recipe and have them fill out the second page
It was quite difficult for my students as miso has a lot of different ingredients and many ways to make it.
Maybe consider making a list of easier foods and having them work in groups?
