Recipes!

A teacher wanted students to share their miso soup recipes and thus this lesson was born!

• Hand out worksheets
• Have students work in pairs to answer the first page
• Review vocabulary and answers
• Introduce egg drop soup recipe and have them fill out the second page

It was quite difficult for my students as miso has a lot of different ingredients and many ways to make it.
Maybe consider making a list of easier foods and having them work in groups?
