Print off enough worksheets for all students to have one. Split the students into pairs and have them mark 4 'battleships' in the boxes. The students then must take turns guessing different boxes to try to find their opponents battleship. The first student to find all four ships is the winner among the pairs. It's probably best to model this activity with your JTE if the students have never played battleship.
