I got a comment on the original post that the original file was too large for free users, so I'm making a new post so that the google drive files are more easily visible. You can download them here: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1GLvbupcF4-m19OOIYvY5IH2_s1xFWah7?usp=sharing
You can view the original activity I submitted with all of the changelogs here:

For large classes, I have a baton that is passed between each student who must call out an option in order to progress through the game. So while the class may have input, ultimately on that students turn, they must decide.
Please enjoy.
This is so awesome. I was wondering if its possible to put it on their tablet? It's a large file. I love love the concept and it'll put you to a game mode lolz. thank you!
If their tablet is a chromebook, then no, it won't work - you need powerpoint to run it. The other issue is that for the game to flow correctly, you can only click on the blue link dialogues at the bottom of the screen, otherwise it's possible to skip slides or break the immersion of the game in other ways, which the students will definitely try.
This is awesome! Thank you.
Tried this with my JHS 3rd graders and they loved it! Thank you!
A small nitpick, but the Japanese on the ‘wrong answer’ final boss slide is a bit too formal so I changed it to be more casual and katakana to give it a more "foreign/creepy" vibe. Also not sure if it is supposed to happen, but the audio and background video for the phone call stops playing on subsequent tries.
Hi Soumen,
The reason that happens is because if I link directly to Slide B from Slide A, the animations don't get reset. However if you link to a temporary slide that has an automatic transition to Slide B, then the animations do reset properly.
It's an easy enough fix, I noticed it too.
Lol so when I was first checking out the PowerPoint to see how it worked, I was using the school computer. It was super choppy, but I figured that was just part of the ambiance and didn't think much about it. The jump scare also wasn't super scary, because of how choppy it was. But again, I thought that was intentional. I did notice the final video didn't work, so I tested out the final slide on my own laptop, but none of the other slides. The video worked, so I brought my laptop to school today to play the game with my third graders. It was a lovely misty morning, perfect for a horror game. Everyone, including me, was genuinely surprised by the jump scares in the game. All that to say that my students really loved it!! Thanks a bunch for making it available on the Google Drive!
Dude, this is so dope. Thank you for this. I'm going to try this with my second years - I hope they appreciate how awesome it is!
This looks incredible – I'd love to use this but I'm getting "Cannot play media" errors on all the videos – do you have the video files uploaded somewhere so I can try putting them back in on my end?
I played this game with the English club as a special Halloween activity -- they loved it! Thanks for posting!!
