Guess the Costume (Halloween Game)

The first section is simple, the kids just have to guess the costume/character based on a short description. I had my students play by splitting them into 4 groups. My 6th grade students were able to guess all of these characters with the exception of the Inkling, which they just called "Splatoon."

The next challenge is to describe a costume. I award one point for each English word they use. You can either set a short time limit for each team to shout out words, or keep going until they have too long of a pause between words.

The final challenge is to describe a baby costume within 5 seconds. The students can shout simple one-word answers like "cat" and "pineapple".
