My Imaginary Trip (Snoopy, did you~?)

A powerpoint to introduce the lesson and activities for speaking and writing the past tense.

  1. Present the powerpoint to introduce the topic.
  2. Hand out the worksheet. The students pretend they went on a trip.
  3. Let them answer the questions and provide information about the trip.
  4. They work in pairs and follow the sample conversation based on their answers.
  5. They take turns.
  6. Repeat with other partners.
