My 6th grade students needed to review material from Crown Jr 6 textbook. So while looking on Kahoot for a review activity, I stumbled upon HoriuchiSensei's kahoot. Their kahoot was a bit too short for my students (it only had about 4 questions) as we needed to review for about 10-15 minutes or so. All credit goes to them for providing the base and idea for this Kahoot.
All questions have a 20 second time limit. Some questions are in Japanese and others in English, so your JET may need to clarify some things for students as needed. Most questions use the target sentence, "I want to be a ______." There are at least 2 true or false questions and some where students have to pick the grammatically correct sentence. I particularly added these, because my students often struggle with spacing words and writing out the full sentences, so hopefully these were good practice for them to pay close attention. Some also have pictures as the options, but these may take some time to load on their screens depending on how old your computers are, so you may need to only show those pictures on the big screen. There are at least 3 questions where students have to click on the right letters that go in the missing space such as q or sh.
