This activity is based on New Horizons 1, page 34. The top two boxes are examples of how the bottom two boxes should be filled in. Students ask two other students - a boy and a girl - these questions: 1. What is your name? 2. Where are you from? 3. How old are you? They then listen to the answers, and use the information to fill in the 2 bottom boxes (depending on if they are talking to a boy or a girl). The bottom boxes should use the same language as the top boxes. For example "This is Yuki." "He is my classmate." "He is from Tokyo." "He is 12 years old." For consolidation, the teacher could then nominate pairs to read about each other.
