- Print the Teacher Introductions template.
- Write your own info as an example.
- Ask all the teachers and staff to fill up their info (name they would like students to call them, subject they teach or position in the school, and what they like). (Ask help from your JTE if you have trouble speaking Japanese)
- Take their photo in a white background.
- Upload all photos, edit in canva (crop the headshots, and edit the background to full whiteness, etc.) (See first page for peg final photo)
- Edit all info, edit however else you like, if you want other graphics, background, border, etc. If you have time, you can put Katakana and Nihongo too, if students' level is low.
- Print each page and put up on your English board.
Update, I just finished printing and putting up my English board. All the teachers and students loved it!

Suggest you remove the photos of the school staffs and replace it with something else perhaps an icon or a ? (for others to use the template). Not sure if they're OK with their faces and names shared to public. Just don't want you to get into unnecessary trouble later on.

I would make your teachers aware that they are putting their personal info on a public site (canva) that anyone can see through the link posted. I advise you to download the files first as maybe a word document and then distribute instead of directly creating their self-intros on the canva link posted.

This is so neat! Just a heads up, it seems someone didn't make a copy and is editing the document in real time! make sure you make a copy of the document and use the copy one, not the main document! :D
Thanks for the heads up guys, already removed all names and real pictures, for privacy reasons.
The first page has a stock photo, to see what the final picture should look like.
And the link is now for viewing only (no editing) so that users can't delete or revise what I originally included. (Someone deleted everything!)
