Note this is based on my own school experience and probably doesn't reflect all Canadian schools. You might want to make some modifications based on your own experiences. This is more of an example than a finished product.
Anyway there are two versions, one includes 'must not' and one doesn't.
Usually have students make groups and decide which answer they select. Then one student comes up with their answer. After each group has given an answer do the answer check.
Also included is a writing page. The students can write about their school rules and system. There is a writing page for the Canadian School Quiz but I don't usually use it.
Excellent work. I do this without the writing as a warmup, before I go on to a different activity. I would say 10 minutes is plenty for it.
Thanks, and ditto although it usually takes twenty minutes if I put the students in groups to do the quiz. Then back to pairs or writing on their own about their own school and home life.
