I made this activity to introduce the pronouns "he" and "she" but you can use it to practice adjectives as well.
I start by quizzing the JTE. Something like "Who is this teacher? He is young. He is stylish. He is from Yokohama. He is a math teacher." If the students can guess the answer it's perfectly okay for them to answer, of course!
Once the students have the hang of the idea, I pass out the worksheet. I ask them to write their teacher in the box at the top, and then circle all the adjectives that apply to that particular teacher. You can edit these to any adjectives you want to practice, but I've limited them to fairly complimentary adjectives. Of course a lot of students will try to poke fun at their teachers, and indeed doing so makes it a lot more fun for them, but how far you'll let them go is up to you. The last space at the bottom is for a write-in adjective.
Once they've finished selecting adjectives and written in a subject, I have them practice the pronunciation of each adjective and then set the students loose to quiz each other. If a student gives the correct answer they write their name under the "That's right!" section and if it's incorrect, they write their name under "Sorry..." Make sure that they don't show their papers to each other!
