I usually re-do the chant to reflect on the weathers learnt and then go forward with the presentation.

You can also use flashcards to introduce more vocabulary like uniform which is worn during all weathers.
I let students have the flexibility to interchange attires in the weather to see if it suits the weather.
Like t-shirt can we be worn when its cloudy but cap can`t.
There is section where Snoopy wears mismatched clothes my students call it the Snoopy - no fashion section.
