24 NHE5 U3 Writing Practice

Simple worksheet so fifth graders can practice writing and plan what they want to say when they introduce the things they are able to do.

In preparation for making "I can" cards, print and distribute this worksheet. It's one A4 page.

The instructions in Japanese are fairly clear.

① Students write their full names in English twice. I really want my kids to have this mastered by the end of the first term.
② Stuents write two things they can do and one thing they can't do. Encourage them to use page page 22 of their Picture Dictionary and ask you another teacher if they want to write something else.

When they are finished making the "I can" card, they can adhere it to the bottom of the page.

They can use this paper a to practice for speaking tests or for when they introduce what they can and can't do.
